Remote Administration


PictServerPro provides a method of editing all of its settings and some of its preferences from a remote web browser.

In order to activate this remote administration, make a call to PictServerPro and pass Admin on the URL line: <http>//<your server>/PictServerPro.acgi$Admin

After this call is made, a login HTML page will be served by PictServerPro. On this page, the user will have to enter the remote admin password. The default is "PictServerPro".

After entering in the correct remote password, PictServerPro will serve an HTML page that contains fields for changing all of the settings, suffixes, and scale percentage preferences.
